How to use IR sauna
Please consult with your doctor if you have health issues regarding heat exposure.
Infrared sauna is not a warm sauna in comparison to traditional Finnish sauna. Infrared works on lower temperatures: 30-60 C, while traditional works on temperatures > 80 C.
Mandatory with shower before use!

1. Use a towel to sit on
2. Use a small tower to protect your back if resting against the panels.
3. Do not touch the panels directly. They are a bit warm.
4. Sit for 15-45 minutes.
5. Leave sauna if you experience dizziness or any other negative effects.
6. The infrared beams straight from the panels, and will have a positive effect on the body where they hit. For instance; if you have knee-problems, make sure to expose the knees.
For best results you should use sauna 4 to 7 times a week. A combination of infrared and traditional sauna gives you benefits from both.
